Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients. On-site visits can be arranged at an additional cost.


The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly. We have a 6 month signature program that includes one 50 minute 1:1 session and a choice to join up to 4 group coaching sessions monthly.
